What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All low value orders under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery. All orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if ordered by 2pm.
Please note we do not send any orders on a Monday (weekend orders will be dispatched on Tuesday)
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once dispatched, you should expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays)
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping of any kind.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
For online orders we accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.
For in store orders we accept credit/debit card (excluding American Express) and cash payments.
When Do I Pay For My Repair?
If you are leaving an item to be repaired in store, we ask for the balance of the repair to be paid upon collection, you don’t have to worry about paying upfront.

How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by adding any item on our site to your shopping basket then using the checkout button at the top right of the page. Alternatively you can visit us in store to make a purchase – you can find our opening hours on our ‘Contact Us’ page above.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can checkout as a guest, with PayPal, or make an account to easily keep track of your orders.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible by using the ‘Contact Us’ page found above.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return any item in its unused condition, along with any bundled accessories within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please download our returns form here and return to us at:
