iPhone Paired Component Warnings
Starting with iPhone 11 and above, Apple implemented software based warnings to show when a component has been replaced. This is regardless of whether the component is a genuine part or not. The new part must have your devices serial number written to it and only Apple has the capability to do so.
Screen/Display Message
Applies to: iPhone 11, 12, 13 series (including Pro, Pro Max & Mini models)
For iPhone 11 and newer, your iPhone will display an "Important Display Message" after a screen replacement. This is nothing to worry about and doesn't affect your device in any way. Apple implemented this change to show that an iPhone has had a repair in the past, it doesn't affect the integrity of your device whatsoever.
The message will be displayed on your screen persistently for 2 weeks, after which point the message will be permanently displayed in Settings > General > About.
Battery Message
Applies to: iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13 series (including Pro, Pro Max & Mini models)
For iPhone XR and newer, your iPhone will display an "Important Battery Message" after a battery replacement. This is nothing to worry about and doesn't affect your device in any way. Apple implemented this change to show that an iPhone has had a repair in the past, it doesn't affect the integrity of your device whatsoever.
The message will be displayed on your screen persistently for 4 days, after which point the message will be permanently displayed in Settings > General > About.
After repair you will not be able to check the battery health of your device via the phones menu - however we can check this for you using our computer.
Camera Message
Applies to: iPhone 12 & 13 series (including Pro, Pro Max & Mini models)
For iPhone 12 and newer, your iPhone will display an "Important Camera Message" after a camera replacement. This is nothing to worry about and doesn't affect your device in any way. Apple implemented this change to show that an iPhone has had a repair in the past, it doesn't affect the integrity of your device whatsoever.
The message will be displayed on your screen persistently for 2 weeks, after which point the message will be permanently displayed in Settings > General > About.
